Data Driven Design is thrilled to announce that partner and friend Jacqueline Hayes, MBA is facilitating a session at this year’s Nashville Voice Conference on the topic of “How To Optimize Your Voice Marketing for Multicultural Consumers”.
Jacqueline Hayes, MBA is Chief Marketing Strategist and Principal of Crayons & Marketers, a full-service marketing agency located in Nashville, TN. Under her leadership, Crayons & Marketers helps businesses attract, engage, and activate their audiences through data-driven marketing strategies and culturally sensitive campaigns.
“I am thrilled to present at this year’s Nashville Voice Conference, said Hayes. As the U.S. moves toward a majority-minority population, it is imperative that brands respect the diversity of the U.S. consumer base and invest in the tools needed, like multicultural research, to better understand these hard to reach audiences. Hispanics and Gen Z, two of the largest segments of the population, are digital natives. So, it is essential that brands recognize the importance of technology and how it impacts their purchase behavior.”
