Audrey Wu is VP of Strategic Partnerships at Haptik. Haptik is one of the world’s largest Conversational AI companies, having reached over 100 million devices, and processed over 2 billion conversations till date. The company has been the recipient of several industry accolades, including the Frost & Sullivan Award for Conversational AI Company of the Year 2018, and recognition as one of the Top 25 AI Companies in the World 2018 by AI Time Journal. Haptik’s leading clients and enterprise partners include Samsung, Oyo Rooms, KFC and Coca-Cola.
Prior she was Co-Founder and CEO of CONVRG, a voice and messaging platform for with customers such as Estee Lauder Companies, Sephora, the GRAMMYS, Proactiv and Aveda. She has worked in emerging technology at at imperson, TechStars, JibJab Bros. Studios, iconmobile/WPP and Ketchum. She previously headed imperson Studios, powering AI based chatbots for Disney, Lionsgate and Amazon.
Audrey was recently named one of the top 25 chatbot influencers in the world. In addition she has spoken at SXSW, Mobile World Congress, ShopTalk, Social Media Week, Girls Lounge and various technology innovation events. She is also a regular contributor to AdWeek.
Prior to moving into the tech world, Audrey was an Investment Banker focusing on media and entertainment M&A at Cowen & Co and Deloitte Corporate Finance in NYC.
